It’s been too long since I’ve shared a post and now the state of California has come to a standstill. Most people I know have been ordered to stay home due to the current pandemic. In my mind, everyone is finally getting around to their personal projects that they’ve been setting aside and finally now everyone (it seems) has time now. Much like the “Time Enough at Last” episode of the Twilight Zone…before that unfortunate ending.
However, my envious thoughts come from a case of the grass being greener on the other side. My workplace is an essential business and therefore I still have to go in during this time of uncertainy. Trust me, I understand the severity of the pandemic and there is a very serious reason why everyone is advised to stay at home as much as possible.
In the meantime, I will play the cards I’ve been dealt and resume this blog where I left off. 2019 was an exciting one for travel and I have plenty to share. Also, I got to check off Disney World from my bucket list in February and I look forward to sharing that experience in detail as well!
It only took a global crisis to get me to resume.
